"THE RIGHT TO INFRINGE ON ANOTHER'S RIGHTS" By "Seph N Haven". It baffles my mind how everyone who says they enjoy rights, could so easily violate the rights of others even from cases minor to major. Today within our society to violate the basic rights of another is not only acceptable but deemed a right in itself.
This is where i began to bounce back."what did he do?" i said. She flat out responded " i don't know"...... like really?
May i try to rationalise how this woman was trying to justify the violation of basic human rights for a purpose in which she is unaware. What a nice world.
Now all that aside he murdered someone, he was/is a schizophrenic crack dealer who started on the drug himself at 10 years of age. If the charges are substantiated he is for sure unsafe to be in the population, but does that also mean his basic humman rights are to be violated? I would think not.
As such this arbitrary Disinvolvement/Detachment of rights is in fact an act and in which qualifies to then have your rights violated. Not a qualifier to violate.
Society never needs to worry about any other than those, those who deem the basic as not . End of story.
In no way am i in support of the crime this man committed, only the basic rights which must be upheld in all situations.
Not just the ones that abusers deem acceptable to violate.
