Everyone who knows about Socialism and Communism knows who Karl Marx is. I recently watched a video by The School of Life that supposedly explained the Ideas of Karl Marx otherwise known as Marxism.
Taken back by the sheer lack of critical thought put into what the narrator was saying (equating 3 of the world’s most murderous regimes as to ones to aspire to) In addition to the overwhelming support the video was receiving, I quickly looked for a full-fledged rebuttal.
I came across Steven Crowder who presented an excellent case for the defense of capitalism Granted all systems of government are not free of the reaches of corruption, he goes on to explain how more government in the case of socialism is not the solution. In fact it is the ones crying for their government to mandate policy’s that are laying the path for corruption.
In short, you cannot have ramped corruption in a system in which power is limited, however where government has full power as in communism, history has shown how disastrous that can be. In fact it’s pointed out that not one of the governments that followed Marxists philosophy has ever succeeded.
