​A new Morning Consult/POLITICO survey, published on 26 April, indicates that most American voters support the military-industrial complex more than they support any other recipient of U.S. federal government spending. The military-industrial complex includes almost all federal contractors, the top ten of which, in the ranking of the “Top 100 Contractors of the U.S. federal government”, are all military suppliers:

​Physicists know how to use quantum theory, your phone and computer give plenty of evidence of that. But knowing how to use it is a far cry from fully understanding the world the theory describes, or even what the various mathematical devices scientists use in the theory are supposed to mean. The relationship between the east and west is now at a stalemate; Moscow’s reaction to western encroachment and accusations comes from President Vladimir Putin, who has proposed to withdraw the Russian state from the international banking system, moving towards a more traditional gold-based system.
