Netanyahu Confesses to Putin Israeli Army May Have to enter Syria?

Russia Dialog as well as the Jerusalem Post have both confirmed the Israeli Prime Minister phoned President Putin here on New Years Eve. The two both discussed the Issues faced in Syria, and the Two State Solution Resolution that was put forth by the UN. 

However Russia Dialog published a very eerie statement that J-Post left out. ​

​"Netanyahu Confessed Israeli Army ready to Invade Syria" but what remains is why, could it be Israel need to stop ISIS before they enter Israel, the article leaves no answer to this.
